VALKENIERSNATIE

Robbrecht & Daem had already realised the Felix Pakhuis, and here they continued with Valkeniersnatie.

Valkeniersnatie is a former warehouse that was converted into an office and commercial complex. Two new stairwells were compactly designed for this purpose.
On the ground floor, an internal street was created followed by voids through which all the floors receive abundant daylight.

Parking spaces are located in the KTN building Argentina, opposite the Valkeniersnatie. The number of parking spaces can be determined by mutual agreement.

There is also a catering facility on the ground floor.
