THE GENERAL

The General office building is located on one of Antwerp's main access roads and enjoys excellent visibility when leaving the city centre.

In 2020-2021, the office building was completely renovated, with all rooms being equipped with high-quality technology (climate ceiling, raised floor, LED lighting, etc.).

Facilities were provided on the ground floor, including shared meeting rooms and a conference/event room.

The underground car park has showers and sufficient parking spaces. Additional parking spaces with charging facilities for electric cars were provided at the rear of the building.

There are currently two spaces available:Ground floor: the space measures +/- 837 m² and can be further divided. The space has recently been completely renovated and equipped with new technology, sanitary facilities, and floor and ceiling finishes. This office is let as an open-plan office.

3rd floor: this office space measures +/- 558m² and cannot be further divided. The space is already equipped with meeting rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open space. The transfer of furniture can be discussed. A subtenant is being sought for this space until 31 October 2030. It is also possible to enter into a direct contract with the owner; the conditions for this are available on request.
