Square One was completed in 2020 and comprises an office complex of over 6,500m², spread across six floors, located on Kleinhoefstraat in Geel. The building features timeless architecture and is highly accessible thanks to its strategic location along the Geel ring road with direct connection via Antwerpseweg to the E313 motorway (Antwerp-Liège).  Square One has a shared lobby with a common multipurpose space, equipped kitchen and patio with terrace area.
