The following buildings will be developed on the 11-hectare site: offices, SME units and semi-industrial buildings that are built to suit (production halls, storage space, etc.). The municipality excludes all exclusively logistical activities.
Solar panels:
As part of the development, the developer will be required to install solar panels on all roofs. The buyer will indicate their choice of either
  - The developer makes an offer to the purchaser to finance the panels and benefit from the green energy produced; or
  - The buyer grants a right of way over all his rooftops to the developer who will manage the solar installation with a third party.

In order to make its business parks safer, more functional and more sustainable, the developer promotes the S.E.Q. label including the following advantages:
  - The creation of green areas in the business park, with planting carried out in accordance with the permit.
  - A syndic manages the common areas of the business park for the purchasers so that it maintains its quality and user-friendliness over time.
  - Covered bicycle parking according to the site plan  - Video surveillance is strategically placed in the business park's communal areas.
  - Exterior LED lighting with twilight sensor for common areas and perimeter (roads and car parks).

Building permit application: for the whole parc: May 2023. The developer hopes to obtain it by the end of 2024.Presumed start of construction: beginning of 2025. Expected completion of the buildings: 3rd quarter 2026.
