Description
The following buildings will be developed on the 11-hectare site: offices, SME units and semi-industrial buildings that are built to suit (production halls, storage space, etc.). The municipality excludes all exclusively logistical activities.
Solar panels:
As part of the development, the developer will be required to install solar panels on all roofs. The buyer will indicate their choice of either
- The developer makes an offer to the purchaser to finance the panels and benefit from the green energy produced; or
- The buyer grants a right of way over all his rooftops to the developer who will manage the solar installation with a third party.
