Description
The Quatuor is are emblematic buildings of +/- 60.000m² for office use, divided over 4 towers coming from the horizontal base of the building and forming a very recognizable entity. The floors are designed to ensure great flexibility, and can easily be transformed and reallocated if necessary.
The silhouette (skyline) offered in this way is an important architectural answer, contextual in relation to the urban environment.
The base of the building opens onto a large, green and animated patio, in continuity with the city center, allowing lateral and transverse pedestrian circulation.
The first idea is to design an innovative and sustainable office building with low energy consumption, capable of guaranteeing excellent comfort in the building.
The measures taken, based on the "Trias Energetica" principle, are both passive and active. This principle applies to energy and water as well as to space and materials, thanks to which the score obtained by the Quatuor project is a BREEAM OUTSTANDING certificate with a PEB A-.
The indicated rental price in the table hereunder for the indoor parking is for a parking for non-electric vehicles.
The rental price for an indoor parking for electric vehicles is 2.500 €/pp/year.
