The Obelisc office building is located in the Zwijnaarde Technology Park, Flanders' knowledge hub where university, research and entrepreneurship reinforce each other. The office benefits from its proximity to Ghent University and leading research institutes, offering unique opportunities for collaboration.

The Technology Park is easily accessible by car (easy access to the E40 motorway and the E17) and by public transport (bus stop in front of the site).

A space of approximately 661 m² (GFA) is available on the first floor of the building. The office consists of a mix of open space, various laboratory areas and a number of meeting rooms.

The office is leased under an all-in service agreement. This includes the use of the office as well as office/lab cleaning, the use of modern meeting rooms with credits, complete telephone infrastructure, access to the copy corner, facility support with permanent availability outside office hours, property tax, fire insurance, maintenance of the unit's technical equipment, use of the cafeteria, storage space for lab waste, waste management costs, etc.

Four parking spaces can be rented with the space. Additional parking is available in the parking tower (Indigo) within walking distance.

As a tenant, you must become a member of VZW Ardoyen. This contributes to professional park management, including water management and maintenance of green areas.
