NETWORKS: ONE & TWO

The newly built "Networks" project consists of sustainable and flexible buildings. The first two buildings, ONE and TWO, measure 6,011 and 9,242 m², respectively, and each has seven floors. 
The digital agency iO has been renting 4 office floors in building One since 2022, from ground floor to 3rd floor.
iO is able to (sub)rent one or more office floors, giving companies the opportunity to move into a furnished, ready-to-use office.

The various office floors are connected by an internal staircase and have many facilities that can be shared in consultation with iO (e.g. reception, catering, meeting rooms, etc.).
If a tenant wishes to move in completely enclosed, this is of course also possible.

In addition, there are numerous facilities in the buildings, such as lockers, parcel collection point, communal meeting rooms, open workspaces and conference rooms can be rented, depending on your needs and wishes.
The ONE & TWO buildings received BREEAM Excellent certification and have very low energy consumption thanks to the use of geothermal energy.
