Description

This 13-hectare site will be sustainable and carbon neutral (heat pumps, solar panels, rainwater harvesting), with nearly 40% of the area covered by green spaces.

It will be able to accommodate production, logistics, and distribution activities, wholesale, car dealerships, etc.

A permit for the proposed project has been obtained. The maximum surface per block is 37.432 m². The space can be subdivided into units starting at 7.752 m² each.
The revised Sector Plan (GRUP = Gewestelijk Ruimtelijk Uitvoeringsplan) designates the area as industrial land (“Gemengd regionaal bedrijventerrein”). The following activities are not permitted: stand-alone offices without industrial or logistical activity.
