Description
This 13-hectare site will be sustainable and carbon neutral (heat pumps, solar panels, rainwater harvesting), with nearly 40% of the area covered by green spaces.
It will be able to accommodate production, logistics, and distribution activities, wholesale, car dealerships with body shops, etc.
Customized projects (build-to-suit) can be considered. The project design is for a single-story building, which is still in the approval phase, so changes may be made to the information presented. At this stage, three units are planned, two of which are adjacent, bringing the maximum area in one block to 34,893 m². Divisible from 8,000 m² of hall space.
The green roof will offer meeting rooms, a panoramic bar, and sports facilities, which will also be available to non-tenants.
