New logistics development in Wielsbeke. The units vary in size and can be combined. Each unit is equipped with ample loading and unloading bays, sufficient office space and a spacious mezzanine for additional storage or workspace.

Sustainability was central to the project’s design. This is underlined by the exceptional BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, which highlights the project’s energy efficiency and user-friendliness. The design also placed a strong emphasis on safety by implementing ‘separate flows’ on site for pedestrians, cyclists and motorised traffic. At the client’s request, there are options to make adjustments to the existing design, such as additional office space, higher clear height in the warehouse, modified technical installations, etc.
