Description
The former 'Chat Noir' coffee factory (now 'Kraft Jacobs Suchard'), located on the edge of the Meuse and at the entrance to the city of Liege, will be converted into the 'Gate' project, offering approximately 15.000 m² of modular space.
These areas can be divided into workshops, multi-purpose areas, retail (wholesale) and storage.
Office space of approximately 2.000 m² is also available.
These spaces are accessible from the 'A25' motorway and only 7 minutes from the Liège ring road.
The project is located in a mixed economic activity zone on the zoning plan.

Location & Transport
The site is served by Avenue Georges Truffaut, parallel to the A25 motorway, and Avenue de Jupille. These are major roads that offer high visibility over the entire site.
Its location, on the periphery of the city centre, will allow commuters and deliveries to avoid the urban traffic. There are many bus stops in the vicinity (Liège 'Marché couvert' - Liège 'Abattoir'). Bressoux station and its tram depot are a 5 minute drive away.
Its proximity to the new 'Halle des Foires' and the tram depot, both of which are under construction, demonstrates the importance the city attaches to this rapidly expanding area.
