Description
This unique office complex in Brussels occupies a restored 19th-century farm building bordering the Sonian Forest. The 3,200 square meter property features two main wings arranged around a central courtyard with a reflecting pond.
Originally acquired by Samyn and Partners in 1991, the building underwent extensive restoration that preserved its historic masonry and vaulted ceilings while creating a modern workspace for 125 employees. The design combines original white-painted stonework with warm merbau wood finishes, and mirrored window frames maximize natural light throughout the interior.
The restoration required significant structural repairs, but created a flexible workspace in a distinctive green Brussels location that could accommodate future alternative uses.

Location & Transport
The Decentralised area contains almost one fifth of the office stock in Brussels. It consists of clusters of offices offering a Brussels address at rental levels between 50% and 60% of those in the European Quarter.
Belgian companies from various sectors, including banking and finance, business services and TMT, are located in this area, as well as decentralised EU nodes.
Accessibility by public transport can be excellent in some locations, but varies from one sub-district to another. Companies looking for a headquarters with a Brussels address in a green environment with better traffic flow than the city centre will find their ideal location in this area.Consultant
