The temperature of 8°C in the warehouse is achievable when the outside temperature is -9°C. However, as the space for rent is not partitioned, all occupants enjoy the same temperature (or decide collectively not to heat).
Thanks to the solar panels on the roof, the building is powered by green electricity.
The three loading bays are private, as is the ground-level door.
Minimum lease term of three years.
The space will be available one month after the lease is signed.
Fixed maintenance charges amount to €7/m² per year, not including:
- property tax - consumption
- insurance (€0.4/m² per year)
- administrative management (1% of the rent)
- technical management (2% of the rent)
