César Business Park

The new Cesar Business Park Bornem is located on Cesar Van Kerckhovenstraat in Bornem. SME units and semi-industrial units are currently available for sale in zones 2A, 4 and 6. In addition, there is also a 14.888 m² project site available for the construction of a customised commercial building with a gross floor area of approximately 7.000 m².

Units 2C.4 and 2C.8 have already been delivered as shell constructions and are ready for occupancy. Units in zones 2A, 4 and 6 are expected to be delivered in Q4 2026 / Q1 2027.
