This newly built SME park will be part of a modern development focused on sustainable architecture, scheduled for completion at the end of 2026.

High-quality units are built with premium materials, including a steel structure, polished concrete floors and sandwich panels with insulation to meet current demanding PEB standards. The halls offer column-free spaces with heights ranging from 6 m (for the smaller halls) to 7 m (for the showroom and hall 4 & 5), equipped with 4 m x 4 m sectional doors (4,5 m for halls 4-5). The floor load capacity is 3.000 kg per m².

Each unit includes visitor parking spaces, bicycle parking and optional mezzanines. The development will feature modern amenities including rainwater harvesting systems, electric  charging points.

The area will host industrial activities, warehouses and B2B showrooms. Retail is prohibited throughout the site. The development also includes office space, the size of which can be modified on a case-by-case basis.

On the same site, next to the SME park, BTS buildings (Build-to-Suit, divisible from 1.000 m² and equipped with characteristics of your choice) will be constructed. The roof of the BTS buildings will be included in the sale; the purchaser will be free to install their photovoltaic panels there. These buildings (3 and 4) will be subject to a permit application based on the purchasers' requirements.


The project as a whole is located outside the InBW zone, so InBW approval does not need to be obtained regarding employment.


A heating network will supply all SME units through a sustainable geothermal central heating system, including a heat pump (purchasing thermal kW is economical). The heat pumps will be powered by electricity from rooftop solar panels. The roof of the SME units is not included in the sale.

Furthermore, continuous and maintenance-free heat supply is guaranteed.
