The project is strategically located in Puurs, an important link between the major Flemish cities. The project site is located approximately 20 kilometres south of Antwerp,  Brussels, Mechelen and Sint-Niklaas creating an excellent position for companies that want access to both markets.

Be-One has been designed as an energy-neutral building. It will be fitted with over 1,000 solar panels. In addition, the timber ensures that CO2 is stored rather than emitted.

The 30-metre-high office building will consist solely of wood and glass above ground. The project will feature a spacious atrium where the focus will be on experience.

Here, employees will be able to use communal meeting rooms, workspaces, meeting areas, etc.

The various units can be reached from the atrium via a sloping walkway (suitable for both pedestrians and wheelchair users). The developer has opted for this feature to give the building a unique character, encouraging employees and visitors to keep moving or simply to make a phone call in an alternative way.


Unit 1, 2 and 3are available and can be rented by both large and small parties. The units can be divided into spaces (smaller spaces) from approx. 100m².

The units can be rented either as a turnkey solution (an all-inclusive package including furniture, utilities and services) or as an open-plan office (unfurnished and with a flexible layout).

Cars and cyclists will drive via Winning to the entrance of the car park, which will be located above ground on the ground floor (covered). The car park will have 226 parking spaces as well as 58 bicycle parking spaces with showers and lockers.
