​Phase 1:

In an existing warehouse, subletting possible for 400 to 1,000 m².

• Access is accompanied by the lessor's staff (Mundo Pneus).
• Access possible: 8am–5pm.

• Storage in a dedicated area, by pallet or by sqm. The rack beams can accommodate 3 or 4 EURO pallets, depending on the location; they can support 5 tons.

• In/out and other logistics services.
• No dangerous goods (ADR) or dusty goods.

Phase 2:
30.000 m² warehouse to be built, which may be a dedicated area or accompanied by logistics services.
