Description
BEL Towers represents Nextensa's transformation of the iconic former Belgacom towers into a cutting-edge mixed-use development in the heart of Brussels North. This sustainable urban landmark spans 122,000 square meters and combines 61,000 square meters of office space, 2,000 square meters of retail, and 11,000 square meters of public facilities.
The development will house 334 new families and 105 students, while featuring an auditorium with 258-seat capacity. Environmental sustainability remains central to the project's design, with 8,000 square meters of green space and a 1,700 square meter roof garden.
The project features 61,000 m² of Grade A office space designed for absolute spatial adaptability, offering highly efficient floorplates, dynamic duplex levels, and premium glazing that floods the interior with natural light.
The redevelopment prioritizes maximum user comfort and minimal environmental impact by preserving existing structures where possible and incorporating renewable energy, circular construction principles, and extensive integration of nature throughout the urban setting.
