Ahlers Building is an eye-catcher in the Port of Antwerp where various office options are available.
Recently, a lot of works were carried out, including the installation of a new roof with insulation according to the standards. In addition, the offices were fitted with LED lighting and a new VRV system (-20% energy consumption).
A new camera system was installed, as well as burglar alarms, new electrical panels and new electricity meters.
Finally, a spacious and secure bicycle parking area within the building was provided with charging points, showers and lockers.

- Installation of solar panels
- Installation of charging stations for electric cars
- Rainwater recovery
- Construction of a water treatment plant (directing treated water to the sewerage system)
