ATRIUM BUSINESS PARK - EXCIO

Atrium Business Park is comprised of four buildings nestling around a central courtyard with a total lettable area of approximatively 50.000 sqm built to make work more sociable and business relation-ships more fluid by creating a unique, lively space that could be enjoyed by everyone who works there.
Interaction and networking between companies are encouraged through shared spaces and onsite services and facilities : restaurants, showers, daycare, outside areas, concierge among many other services.
The four buildings are certified according to BREEAM® in-use as excellent with a constant work to improve this rating.

Excio is a building of more than 5400 m². It hosts the creche of the complex and benefits from direct access to outdoor activity areas: petanque, ping-pong table, etc. great visibility from the A6 highway to Belgium and the city of Luxembourg.

The space provides pre-fitted areas that include a reception area, a meeting room, partitioned office, a kitchenette and a storage/IT space. It is also possible to keep the existing furniture.
