Description

The project involves a semi-industrial or artisanal building to be constructed on a 19,456 m² plot. This building offers design flexibility with a maximum construction height of up to 14.5 meters, a footprint of 7,964 m², and a total buildable area of 31,676 m².

The owner is open to various construction programs, seeking to maximize the surfaces to build. It is also possible to include options such as underground parking or vehicle storage, thus offering solutions adapted to the logistical or storage needs of future occupants.

This project stands out for its flexibility and optimization potential for different industrial or commercial uses.

Communal charges will have to be paid for cleaning, maintenance, gardening and caretaking of external communal areas.

So-called ‘multi-purpose’ spaces can be used for storage, workshops, laboratories, offices or other B2B activities.

Financial terms and conditions :

- indicative rent for a warehouse/workshop: €18/m² per month
- indicative rent for offices: €25/m² per month
