The 2nd phase of the West Gate project is launched and concerns a redevelopment of the former printing halls on the former printing site of the Mediahuis group in Groot-Bijgaarden (Dilbeek).
The start of the redevelopment is planned for the 3rd quarters of 2023.
The surfaces listed below are purely indicative and can be adapted according to the client's wishes.
Building H2 (only for rent) offers offices/workshops/multipurpose spaces, spread over several floors, each floor of which was made accessible to the car via a parking behind the building.
Building H1 (only for sale) is a complete renovation to smaller industrial halls, with use of existing solid concrete structure. The halls are delivered accordance with EPB & fire regulations and have a clear height of ± 6,36 m under the beam. Expected delivery: early 2025.
