Former General Motor site from the 1950s is currently undergoing a complete transformation into a multi-purpose site: PLANT 1. From mid-2024, Experience Factory will open its doors. This will give the site recreational uses on several floors. Besides a go-kart circuit, Darts, Tech-Infused Golf, etc., a bar, restaurant and event space will be provided. As for offices, they will be provided in the passerelle on the left side of the Experience Factory. There is also the possibility of providing offices in the tower with wide views over the Port of Antwerp.
