Description

This new logistics project is beautifully located along Woluwelaan, which recently received new motorway access to and from the E-19 exit 3 (Machelen - Woluwe towards Antwerp). Its excellent location offers easy access to Belgium's main motorways such as the E19 and E40.
The emphasis will be on functionality, sustainability and innovation in order to achieve BREEM Excellent and BREEAM Very Good certification.

In a first phase, a logistics building of 12,000 m² was built. This building is fully let.

In a second phase (the permit has already been obtained and construction will begin before the end of 2025), units ranging from 800 to 1,850 m² will be available for small-scale logistics (units 1A to 15A: “Light Logistics”). Mezzanines can be used for storage (€35/m² per year) or converted into offices (€155/m² per year). Delivery at the end of 2026.

A third phase will include 722 m² units with showrooms (units 1B to 13B: “Company Clustered Buildings” or CCB). Delivery in 2027.

The units in block A will have at least 1 loading and unloading dock per unit. The units in Block B will not have loading and unloading docks, but will feature showrooms with excellent visibility along Woluwelaan.

Several units can be combined.


Location & Transport

The site is extremely well located alongside the Woluwelaan; easily accessible from the E19 motorway, Exit 3 (Machelen - Woluwelaan).
