This new logistics project is ideally located along the Woluwelaan which has recently received a new motorway access to and from the E-19 (towards Antwerp); easily accessible from the E19 motorway, exit 3 (Machelen - Woluwe).

The first phase: 12.000 m² of logistics buildings are ready. For an amateur who would take the whole 12.000 m² (and the adjacent offices) the rent can be discussed.

As long as the offices are not rented, it is impossible to rent a warehouse (7.000 or 12.000 m²) without all the offices.Additional office space can also be custom-built.
Sustainable and high quality finishing.
The second and third phases (small logistics, with or without high-quality offices) will provide 30.000 m² and will be divisible as from 1.900 m² of warehouse. The mezzanine above the loading docks will be used for offices. Most units will have at least 1 loading dock. The planning permit will be applied in 2024 and delivery is scheduled for 2026.
Phase 4 (Showrooms)  - The planning permit has not yet been applied for and the date of the start of the works is not yet known.
   - The showrooms along the Woluwelaan will consist of 12 units ranging from ± 720 m² to ± 1.440 m². They will all be equipped with sprinklers.   - Each unit will have a mezzanine of ± 506 m², which will benefit from natural light for possible use as offices or an additional showroom.      Presumed rents: min. 145 €/m² per annum in 'casco+' completion.
  - The clear heights in the showrooms vary between 5,50 m and 9,25 m under the beam and 2,70 m on the mezzanine.
