Description
Site of the former paper mill 'Catala' which is being completely redeveloped into warehouses, offices, showrooms, etc. The site is excellently located close to the E19 motorway.
Logistic activities are not allowed.
Construction works will begin during 2024. Final completion of the first buildings is scheduled for the second half of 2025.
In total, about 60.000 m² will be built, divided into different zones indicated on the attached plan at the bottom of this brochure.
Zone A will be divided into plots between 2.000 m² and 7.000 m² on which BTS buildings can be developed suitable for industrial activities such as storage, production, showrooms and offices.
Zone B will be divided into plots between 1.000 m² and 4.000 m² and are suitable for events, catering, leisure and the other types of activities.
Each plot will be sold with a tailor-made building where clients will be guided by the developer throughout the process.
The SME units will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2025. In a second phase, BTS buildings will be built starting from 1.500 m². A period of 2 years should be taken into account between the submission of the application and the delivery of the building.

According to the zoning plan, the site is situated in an industrial zone (dark purple). As well as the new GRUP that places the site in G.R.B. (Gemengd Regionaal Bedrijventerrein), whose requirements can be obtained on request.
Location & Transport
New industrial park, very well located next to the E19 (Brussels-Charleroi) ramp, exit 18 "Drogenbos / Ruisbroek / Uccle" and only a few metres from the traffic lights with access on the Grote Baan. 2 km from Brussels.
The site is visible from the highway.
